  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email notification if delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada and USA.

  • For international orders, please contact us at sales@theauraorganics.com before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@theauraorganics.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are non-refundable. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to update the information before it ships.
